Overview
The Palace Collection Manager allows libraries to configure custom lists and lanes. This functionality allows a libraries’ collection development, readers advisory or metadata management staff create custom lists of books from their collection that can be used to provide a dedicated browse lane for books in Palace.

How to
Basic List Creation
- Step 1 - Create a new list
- Log into the Collection Manager admin UI
- Click on "Lists" in the top menu bar
- Click "Create List Button" button on the "List Manager" menu to the left
- Step 2 - Title your list
- Enter a title for your list
- click "save list title"
- Step 3 - Add from Collections
- Select the vendor collections you would like this list to draw titles from.

- Step 4 - Search for Titles
- Basic Search
- Select All media types or specific media types (Audio or Book)
- Enter the a search term for the type of content you are looking for or the author or title to be more specific.

- Step 5 - Add titles to your list
- Scroll the list of results and Click "View details" to see if the title is the one you would like to use
- Drag title card to the right or click "Add to list +"
- Click "Save List" as you work from time to time to save the lists
Edit existing List
- Step 1 - Edit Existing List
- Log into the Collection Manager admin UI
- Click on "Lists" in the top menu bar
- Navigate to the List Manager menu to left and click on the list you would like to edit (this will highlight the list card in grey)
- Click"Edit"
- Add or remove titles as needed.
