The Palace Project introduces a powerful new feature to list management - Advanced Search

The advanced search feature moves from fuzzy author title keyword search but to a more powerful parameterized query using a number of operations. This allows admins to create complex search queries that can be used across collections.

Sharing

Before building a list, a library should decide if the list is to be shared or not shared. Once a list is shared it can not be un-shared.

Scoping

You can scope the search by collection if needed. To maximize results all collections should be selected.

You can also scope the search by format. All should be used if format (audiobook or ebook is not a factor).

Search result relevance

Relevance can be weighted to title or author match where applicable. All should be used if not limiting by Author or Title.
