The Palace Collection Manager provides circulation and inventory reporting via four mechanisms:
The Circulation Events Dashboard captures a snapshot of current activity in Palace.
It consists of some basic KPIs and measures for circulation activity.
it also provides a list of the configured collections for that library.
There is also a dashboard that displays combined information for all libraries the current user has access to in the Palace Manager. This dashboard can be accessed by navigating to System Configuration > Dashboard.
NOTE: License and holds inventory reports are currently only available on a per-library basis, so the Usage and Reports block does not appear in this dashboard.
The data in these dashboards is updated each time the dashboard page is accessed or refreshed, so the data displayed is showing up to the minute information that is currently available in the database.
You can access your library’s Dashboard and statistics in the Palace Collection Manager. If you do not have a login, email Palace support at [email protected]. If you’ve forgotten your password, please use the “Forgot Your Password” function on the login screen.
The Palace Collection Manager Dashboard provides information about the collections configured for your library, and statistics information. To access this dashboard, use the direct link provided by the Palace support team.
